I have noticed just recently that I can not back up to where I started. I am
normally on ebay and I hit back and it will only go back 3 or 4 times then
the only way to get out of where I am is to hit the arrow next to the back
button??? whats happening? and why did it just start doing this? don't make
any sense to me but then again it is a puter.lol Thanks

Certain web-sites design their web pages to prevent users from using the
Back button to go to anything previous to their pages.

All that happens, is that the current page is refreshed.

The problem isn't your computer, it is done deliberately at the website.
Internet Explorer has a built-in solution.

IF you are using Internet Explorer 6.0 updated
there will be a small black triangle, point down,
just to the right of the 'Back' button in the toolbar.
Click on the triangle and a drop down list will appear
with a list of the pages you have visited, last visited
page at the top.
Select the page you want (to go back to the just prior
page,
just select the top of the list.

Two clicks instead of one, but it beats trying to pick the correct URL out
of 'History' B^)
