CAN NOT ACCESS IE 6

I have not been able to access IE and this is my last step
before I have to pay someone to help me!!

I have been getting this error message:
res://c:\windows\system32\scdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm

Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

I'm looking for a solution on this as well, I get
The page cannot be displayed on any site I try to access
