Hi Brian,

This is usually the ISPs problem. Normal isp accounts do
not allow you to send out more than 50 emails at a time
to prevent SPAM messages from going out. I don't know why
they have not flagged this in the past, but I would
venture to guess that this is really what the problem is.

There are several programs you can use to send out large
email broadcasts (several of them are free). Please feel
free to email me for more info on these vendors.

We were using outlook 2000 for quite a while and now
upgraded to outlook 2002. Our membership consists of
roughly 12000 people that we email now and again all at
one time. Outlook 2000 handled this fine, but outlook
2002 gives "not enough memory or resources". I have
512mb of ram in my computer and it still won't work.
Outlook 2000 would send these will as little as 128mb of
memory. Any ideas? Can I change settings? I honostly
would not like to have to break up the file.

I just did a test. I have 2 computers. One with windows 2000 and outlook 2000 and one with windows xp pro and outlook 2002. The outlook 2000 will send the emails, the outlook 2002 will not. Any other thoughts? I may contact you if I can't figure this thing out

Thanks
Brian
