Can no longer access secure web sites.

Am running IE6 SP1 on XP SP1. Security level is low, SSL
2.0, 3.0 are enabled. Problem occurs with all user
profiles. Help!
 
Another thing you can try is:
Go to start/run
Type in: regsvr32 softpub.dll
Press Enter or click OK
