Can no longer access Outlook Calander

Hi,

I have a user with Outlook 2003 on an XP machine. She
used to be able to access the calander and add
appointments but can no longer do this. Whenever she
tries to add an appointment she keeps getting an error
message that says "The form required to view this message
cannot be displayed. Contact Your Administrator". She
can view the calandar but can not longer make changes.
Can anyone help?
