Hi,
I have a table in access that contains product numbers, prices and these
prices are based on location. This information is all going down, but what I
would like to do is to create a report showing each product going down but
showing prices going across depending on the location. Below is an example of
what I’m trying to achieve so if anyone is able to help me I would really
appreciate it.

**EXAMPLE **
Product # Description EastCoast Midwest South
West
123545 Ford Escape 15,000 14,000 12,000
16,000
13254 Ford Fusion 27,000 25,000 24,000
28,000

You should be able to create a Crosstab Query that arranges the data like
that, and use that Crosstab Query as the basis for a report.

Douglas,

Thank you for the information, but I have little experience with the
Crosstab Query. What steps do I need to take to make this happen? I tried
doing this on my own but Access is asking me for (Row headings, Column
heading & Value option). Every time I try to assign a heading to a field is
giving me an error so I'm stuck. Can you help???
