My photos link is no longer in My documents. Is it
possible to re-establish it to that location?
I have tried the following all with no success:

1)Located the folder and tried to move it to
My Documents but the xp program won't allow it.
2)Created an new folder in My Documents and
inserted a shortcut to My Pictures in it but it cannot be
opened when using Windows Exploreer.
3)Tried Microsoft Documtnt 2982190 Product
Bulletin but my system is already configured in the
suggestded way, so no luck.

Thanks to all of you who have responded so far
with the above sugestions ,however , if you have any
other ideas, I would apprediate them. Thanks again.

Just wondering...where is your My Pictures folder?

Maybe you can move it successfully if you restart your
computer in safe mode.

You are the one who mentioned moving the folder...
so I thought you wanted to move it.

What happens if you simply....right click "copy" the
folder in Shared Documents and right click "paste"
it in the location you want to access it from.
