can multiple XP users use same outlook inbox?

We have established a user for each of our family
members. We would like to use the same inbox for all
users, as we have one e-mail account with alltel. Any
ideas?

You can share the same .PST file between all users -- just move it to a
shared location on the drive and then point all instances of Outlook to it.
Configure each copy of Outlook with that one mail account so anyone can
download and send mail when connected.
