Can Messenger 7.5 be integrated with Outlook similar to 4.7?

I recently upgraded to Messenger 7.5, but the install is not integrated with
Outlook (the way my old and still existing version 4.7 was). I end up with 2
Messenger icons in the system tray. Ideas?
 
I'm able to use 7.5 with Outlook. What build # do you have? (See help, about

Note that I can use Messenger at the same time as Outlook, but that it is
"pointed" to the web interface to my hotmail account. The version 4.7 install
that is (was -- icon doesn't show up in tool tray today???) integrated with
Outlook 2003 would launch Outlook as a mail reader.
