Can message flag labels be changed?

OL2000 only had one flag. OL2003 has several, each with a different color. Unfortunately, the red flag is labeled "red flag", and the green one "green flag", etc.

Is there some way I can make RED say Urgent, GREEN say Followup, BLUE say READ, etc.?
 
No. You can create a custom toolbar and label the buttons with your words or
you can type in a Flag to word as you add the flag and reminder, but you
can't change the names on the menus.
