Am using Outlook XP (2002). There's probably a really simple answer, but is
there a way to correct this inconveniece?... When I click on NEW email, then
click the ADDRESS BOOK icon and look at the pull-down menu, I get many names
twice like this...
John Doe
John Doe
It's of course because there are two emails for John, the first is the WORK
email, the second the HOME email. I'd like to know which is which without a
lot of clicking the properties then studying which comes first, or clicking
"to>" for both, then deleting the wrong one, etc.
Can't Outlook dispaly the identify of each somehow, and make this a
one-click process (without creating two entirely separate address book
entries for John), like this:
John Doe (work)
John Doe (home)
By the way, does Outlook 2003 do a better job of this? Thanks
