Hi, everyone. We're using a variety of versions of Word, but mostly,
it's Word XP on Windows XP.
We'd like to customize the available clip art for our users so that when
they select Insert > Picture > Clipart, they will either see or be able
to navigate to our organization-specific clip art files.
I see that a user can use "Organize clips..." to point to art on his/her
hard drive. However, I am looking for a way to do this on an
organization-wide basis. Ideally, I'd like the organization-specific
clip art to live in some central place and to have all Word users access
those centrally located files via Insert > Picture > Clipart.
Is it possible to do that?
