Can IE v6 and v5.5 co-exist on same workstation?

I have an application that will not work with IE v6, but
corporate directives are telling me we must upgrade to v6.
Is it possile to keep both IE versions, 5.5 and 6, on my
desktop? Thanks.

Can only be done in a dual boot situation. Both windows installation must be
in a separate partition.
