can I write a letter that has fields filled in from a database?

I want to have a letter that will import information from a database (names,
addresses, and such) so that I don't have to spend time cutting and pasteing
as I do now. Is there an easy way to do this?

It sounds as if you're working from Word and want to import data from

If you're working from Access and want to send the data to Word, see
