Can I view two presentations at once on an extended monitor?

I work with two monitors and would like to copy/paste from one presentation
to another, but can not get powerpoint to open in two instances like I do
with Word all the time. I've tried all of the Window options in the View
folder, but they only put both presentations on the same monitor.
 
Well the problem is the view and method. Now we have to kill another tree to
print out the presentation to allow the view of old and new at the same time.
ridiculous.
 
Thank you!! I didn't realize you could stretch it across both monitors. This
has been driving me insane for years, thank you SO MUCH!
