I have a software testing tool that is currently running under Win 2000. The
application I need to test must have an 'XP' desktop type theme. Because of
this theme my testing tool will not work. Is there any way I can be using Win
2000, but have an 'XP' desktop display theme? Any input will be greatly
appreciated.

Not that I know of (and certainly nothing native to W2k).

If you're testing something to see if it works on 2000, use 2000. If you're
testing something to see if it works on XP, try it on XP.

Any third party stuffyou find that lets W2k "look" like it has an XP
interface, won't be a terribly useful test. Also, I'm not sure why the user
interface theme would matter as it's merely cosmetic.
