Can I use UserProperties with the fields I added to P.2?

Bingo

If I add some custom fields to P.2 instead of Message,
can I still use UserProperties on the mailitem to write
to and read from these fields? Thanks.
 
Certainly. Outlook code doesn't care what page a field is displayed on (or
if it's displayed at all).
