Dear all,

one of my client asked me whether it is possible for her to remote access
her working pc (win2k pro with an internal ip address: 10.x.x.x) from her
home pc (win2k pro with a public ip ) via our domain controller (win2k
server with the static public ip address). please advise how to set them up
if possible. tks in advance!

Cheers,

Ken

If you mean can she access the desktop of her 2000 Pro office PC from home, via Remote Desktop or Terminal Server the answer is no. Terminal Server Sessions can only be hosted by Windows NT 4 Terminal Server Edition, 2000 Server, Server 2003 & XP Pro

You'd need a 3rd party program like VNC, PCAnywhere or GoToMyPC

Tks very much, Patrick. I will try VNC first.
