Can I use PNY USB flash drive as storage for MP3 player?

I would like to plug in the PNY USB flash drive into the MP3 player
to use it as primary or secondary storge for MP3

Wich MP3 player is reccommended ?

The only ones I know of that accept input from a USB mass storage device
are for automotive use primarily and use an RF modulator to send the output
to an FM radio:

Bytecc DJ-880 MP3-Car-DJ
Virtual Reality Sound Labs MP3 RF Modulator
AnyDrive Car MP3

Sandisk also has a dedicated player for one variety of their Cruzer
drives.

None has received particularly glowing reviews.
 
In general, no. However there are one or two MP3 players that are
specifically designed to do that, but they only way you do it is with a
player specifically designed with that purpose in mind. I think that
Sandisk makes one.
