can i uprade office 2003 to small business

i would like to be able to utilize the business contact manager in the small
business version of outlook. I purchased the standard 03 version, can i
upgrade?
 
That's really a question for Microsoft.

BCM comes with the Small Business and Pro versions of Office.

At this point, you could consider upgrading to a Small Business or Pro
version of Office 2007. The last beta of that and BCM 07 should still
be available on the office.microsoft.com web site.
