Can I upload my site from a travel drive?

I live in an area serviced by only dial-up. Currently with iWeb, I publish
my site to a travel drive and bring it into work, uploading the site to my
server (ftp) over cable broadband. Will I be able to do this with Frontpage
2003? Someone locally told me I wouldn't be able to do this. Does the
computer at work have to have Frontpage, also?

To simply ftp, no.
You can actually drag and drop files with Internet Explorer using ftp.

However, You'd better plan on publishing the entire site every time if you are not using
FrontPage
to do the publishing.
