Can I Upgrade Win2k Pro to Win2k Server?

i also have 2kpro and have bought small buisness server
which has 2kserver and it will not let me upgrade which is
upseting to say the least as this was one of the main
reasons that i spent all that money
 
This is nothing "new" to Win 2k. It has always been this way even with NT
4.0.
