can i upgrade the mac version of microsoft office to get access?

i have a computer course dealing with microsoft programs and i own a amc. so
i bought the microsoft office programs but the proffesor now is dealing with
access which is not included in the original disk. how can i obtain access
for the mac?
 
There is no version of Access for the Mac. (Never has been, and likely never
will be).

The best you can do is install Windows emulation software, and run the
Windows version of Access.
