Can I turn a spread sheet into an online form?

I have developed a spread sheet that gathers individual customer data. After
I gather the data, I want to compare it to every other user. I am hoping to
copy the spread sheet into an online form allowing customers to see an
indivualized comparison.
 
Even Criss Angel can't do that.

Why are you using a spreadsheet to perform a database function, and if
you are then why are you posting this question in a database forum?
