Can I sync Outlook Contact Manager with 2 other computers?

Partner & I have a master & 2 personal computers & would like to synchronize
our data in Outlook, especially Contact Manager & messages. Does anyone know
how to "easily" do this?

You may want to take a look at our product http://www.tabtag.com which
enables you to store Outlook items in a real SQL database in real time
(without the need for synchronization) and you can share all your data too
