Not without Exchange.
You can simply invite the Mac user and have the Mac user invite you to all
appointments/events but you cannot share without Exchange 2000 or later,
Office 2000 or later, and Office X or later for the Mac.

After furious head scratching, Caryn asked:
| Hi Milly...I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and Windows XP...I
| understand using an exchange server is costly...right now I have a
| pop3 IP account and trying to figure out a way to share my Microsoft
| Outlook calendar with a person I work with who has a mac. simply
| put..I want to type an event in the calendar and this person can go
| online and look up the calendar and see it...I don't care if he can
| add to the calendar or not, but it would be helpful if he could. I'm
| trying to do this the least costly way. I see that I can get an
| online calendar with Yahoo, but why should I have to do that if I am
| already using Microsoft for my email, calendar, contacts etc.
| thanks... Caryn
