Hi,
Here is the situation: there are 3 computers that are a part of the ABC.pri
domain. These computers are offshore and cannot connect to the domain.
Therefore, each user is logging into their computer locally. They all are
using different usernames and passwords. One of these computers (Computer A)
has a printer attached to it. The question is: Can I share this printer to
the other computers? Will I have to connect using the username and password
of Computer A machine? Will it compromise the local security of computer A
if I share this printer?

Thanks in advance.

Then how can they be "part of the domain" functionally?
"These computers are offshore and cannot connect to the domain."

In the past, faced with such a situation, we used a server to provide
security and printing capability.
The other method was simply to email the material to be printed as an
attached postscript file, or a printer ready file.

You may be able to establish a limited access user account that is used in
sharing the printer.

"Will it compromise the local security of computer A" Yes--any shared
scheme with an external access capability implies increased risk.
