Hi Carrie,
Here are 3 methods that do not require sending the presentation over the
internet. There are many other methods.
1) Save the presentation to the Hard Drive, then burn a copy to a CD . This
requires a CD burner on the sending computer and a CD player on the
receiving computer.
2) Save the presentation to the Hard Drive, then copy to a USB Drive (thumb
drive, drive stick, etc.). This requires an open and supported USB port on
both computers.
3) Save presentation to the Hard drive and then use WinZip (or similar) disk
spanning abilities to make a series of disks that contain the presentation.
This method requires WinZip (installed or downloadable) on the sending
computer and floppy disk drives on both computers.
Do any of these work for you?
