Can I set up calculated field in a table using dates?

I need a field that'll calculate the days interval between two date fields in
the same table. I know I can get this through a query or form, but I prefer
to use the table as the source of this info, if at all possible. Thanks for
any input you may have. Using Access 2000.

Not only is this not possible in a table, it's unwise.

As long as you already have the two dates stored, use a query or form
to do the calculation.
