Hi Folx,
Our office is in New York, Our terminal server is Win2k3, Exchange 2k3 and
we use Outlook 2k3 and they are all located in New York.
We have people connecting from UK, NY and CA. is there a way to have each
user has its own time zone in their outlook at the same terminal server.

Any ideas?
Thank you for your help.

Chet

Chet,

Place your terminal server in a OU. Create a GPO and apply it to computers
in that OU. In the GPO under computer configuration there is a setting for
terminal services to change the time zone of the terminal server session to
match the time zone of the client workstation. Beware that this does not work
for MAC clients on Windows clients with the latest RDP client.

Let me know if you have any issues with this,

Omar
