You can embed the music if you are using wav format. But since it is 4
minutes long, the file will probably end up very big.
Instead, try leaving it as format like mp3 or wma, then create a new folder.
Move the ppt file and music into the folder.
Now, open the ppt file, insert the music. Click Insert > Movies and Sounds >
Sound from File. Select the sound you want and click insert.
If you want the music to play throughout the slides, click Slide Show >
Custom Animations. Double click on the play effect that has been added.
On the Effects tab, select stop playing after x slides. Put 999 in the box.
Ok your way out.
Then, save your presentation.
Email both the presentation and music.
