Can I save images to an access database

Is it a good idea, even if possible? Or is it faster to save the images to
a folder, with a pointer to the image number? Is there any documentation on
the best way to do this?

You can actually do it by using a field of type OLE Object. However, your
database will bloat impossibly by the time you just a few hundred images. It
is therefore preferable to link to the images instead.
