Can I save 9 slide per page handouts instead of printing them?

I need to save the 9 slides per page handouts in order to email them. I
realise I can use the "create handouts in word" function but this only
creates 3 slide per page handouts and therefore the document is many pages
longer which is not environmentally friendly to print out at the receivers
end!

You can use a PDF driver to "print" the 9-up handouts to PDF.

Which version of PPT are you using? If it's 2007, you can download a free
PDF driver from http://office.microsoft.com If it's an earlier version, see
