One of the ways to do this:
1. Create a presentation with slide dimensions twice the normal width:
Select "File" | "Page Setup..." menu item, change Width to 20 Inches, Height
to 7.5 Inches, Click OK.
2. When creating the slides, keep in mind that left half of the slide would
be displayed on one projector and the right half would be displayed on the
other projector. The slides should be created accordingly.
3. Ensure both the projectors have the same resolution (usually, 1024x768 or
800x600).
4. The slide show when started would span the two projectors. If it does not
span, look at:

With this kind of setup, you can have objects moving between projectors,
disappearing from one projector into another one, ask a question on one
projector while the other half gives the answer, etc. since its a single
slide as far as PowerPoint is concerned.
