Hi,

Have not made backup. I don't know where the PST file is (was)
I installed Outlook 2003 on my Win2000 machine ahwile ago.

Yesterday, I re-installed Win2000 because I had an error with something
else. And at that time Win2000 wiped out Outlook2003. I want to know what
to do now? I have Office 2000 and Office 2003 software and do not know what
to do to GET the data from the OUTLOOK 2003. Is it still on the hard drive?
If yes, where?

Win2K still has problems and I cannot re-install Office 2003 at this time.

Sincerely,
Audrey Rennels

Hi Audrey,
oh thats bad.
If you have reinstalled your Operation System, in that way Windows 2000, and
you have not made any backup,
so all your outlook files are gone.
If you reinstall your Operation System, all files are gone if you have
choose the option "format hard disk" during installation.
So please follow this link, here you get some information of the default
path of your *.pst file.

But I think all your old files are gone. You have to install one of your
office packets to get your outlook, word etc. back.
