Can I retrieve email information and settings?

Hi,

Does anyone know whether Outlook exposes API that allow me to retrieve an email information and settings that belong to a profile? Can I use the API to add an email account to an existing profile?
Also, does anyone know how I can use Automation to create an Outlook profile and then start Outlook using that profile?

No, Outlook doesn't. Redemption does, but it's not complete because of some
broken MAPI bits.

Instead of automation, you use the tools in the Office Resource Kit.
