Can I retrieve email addresses in outlook when it won't open?

I can't open Outlook 2003, I've tried running it in safe mode and doing the
detect and repair option. Nothing works and I have hundreds of email addreses
stored in Outlook that I need to retrieve. Does anyone know how I can
retrieve these files so I can save them and put them on another computer with
Outlook on it?

So what ACTUALLY happens when you try to open Outlook? Any error messages?
