I prepared my web page in FrontPage and uploaded it to the web. Before I
could back my computer up it crashed and I lost everything. I am hoping
there is a way I can retreive all the data (pages, formats, pictures, etc)
from my web page and capture it to my computer so I can make changes and
updates withouth having to recreate the entire site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

An FTP program should be able to retrieve these files, assuming you can
access your web site, i.e. correct web address and password, if required.

FTP is only recommended for sites that do not have the FP SE
If the online site has the FP SE then they should open it in FP and use FP to publish it (in http) to their PC
