Can I restrict a user to a specific machine?

I have the need to be able to restrict a user to a specific machine. We are
being to look at restricting our laptop users to logging onto our network
(W2K Server w/AD, Citrix & TS) only from their laptop. Can this be done? TIA
 
Yes. However, this relies on NetBIOS name.
In ADUC, user Properties > Account > Log On To > The following computers.

Have you tried: Active Directory Users and Computers (dsa.msc):
Double-click user, Tab: Account, Button: Log On To... ?
