can I restore deleted files/folders?

whilst deleting email message folders on microsoft
outlook have also deleted the sub folders, dumb I know,
does anyone know if there is a way to restore them? help!
nb.already tried restoring system,

Hi
If you have not deleted your message/folders from the 'deleted items' folder
as well, you can restore them from here.
