Can I restore deleted disrtibution list?

Hi - instead of deleting a contact within the distribution list I
accidentally deleted the distribution list itself (with 50+ contacts!!) can I
find and restore the distribution list?
Any help very gratefully received!!!!!!!!

Perhaps Outlook moved it to the Deleted Item folder?

Thank you very much - I stupidly had no idea that contacts went into the
deleted items! You have saved me a lot of time!!
