Can I restore an attachment which has been blocked by Outlook?

"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments..."...it's a pdf file
It's just some estate agent's property details.
Is there a way of overriding it / restoring it?

I worked it out - go to Tools - Options - Security then make sure the
relevant box isn't ticked.
