Or do I need to uninstall Office 2007 and reinstall everything?
Thanks,

What makes you imagine you want to? You can certainly do it if you want to
waste your time.

Thanks,
Take a look at the discussion resulting from the posting, "Outlook Recieve
Error' dated 06/23/2007 from Runaround.
I've done everything suggested and I am still not able to receive e-mails
through my OL 2007.
The only other thing I could think of was a reinstallation! I'm desperate
to get this issue resolved.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Sue

you've supplied enough information.
Are you in an Exchange environment or are you using Outlook against a
POP server?

actually receive the test msg's?
Do you have multiple accounts?
Did you upgrade from an earlier version of OL?
A reinstallation does nothing that Diagnostics (repair) wont do.

Runaround said:Good questions!
I re-tested and only received the test e-mail for the default account. I
know I received the test e-mail for the default account when I initially
tested, but I can't remember if I received the test e-mail for any account
other than the default account then.
Yes, I have multiple accounts. 5 of them.
No I did not up grade - this was an install on a new computer.
And it has been working just fine until earlier this week, and now
nothing!
Help me, help me, help me!
Thanks,
Sue
