Can I receive meeting reminders on my mobile phone?

I have been told that Outlook can be set up for sending an sms-reminder to a mobile phone. Does anybody know how
If it can be done, will it work for all meetings or can this setting be used for individual meetings

The code shown for sending a reminder to a pager for earlier versions of
Outlook would work in Outlook 2003 VBA code also.

previous versions of Outlook, but nothing (other than purchasing a third
party software package) for sending to a pager for Outlook 2003.
 
Reminder: I'm using Outlook 200

In looking at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;291964 for this code, the instructions state "In the Full Name field, type Pager for Reminders." I do not see a "Full Name field" anywhere

Outlook 2003 or Outlook 97, I don't care, contacts have always had a full
name field. When you open a contact item you don't see a Full Name button
and next to it a text field to enter a name? If not then something is badly
wrong with your Outlook.
