I have Outlook 2002, and I switched from an old email account to a new one.
Ever since I did, I get the message "Unable to open default email folders.
Could not open the item. Try again." I click "OK", then I get "Would you
like to open your default File System folder instead?" If I click no, it
totally closes out. If I click yes, it opens to Outlook, but it shows My
Computer, and then "unable to start processing services. Could not open the
item. Try again." If I click OK, it just stays open at my computer.
I'd love to just uninstall and re-install it, but I moved, and apparently my
Office disc stayed at the old place. Anything I can do???
