the title is the question. I have 2 routers with pcs hooked to the on the
same dsl connection, can i network them and how?

I hesitate to ask why on earth 3 have to be static and
three on DHCP.. oh ok I wont ask...
I think this might work:
buy yourself a 70 dollar 8 port switch. SWITCH. not hub.
Hook it to both the routers, and to your PCs.
Make sure the gateway LAN side of the routers are in the
same net but configured to different gateway IPs
configure the pcs to go to thier correct respective
gateways
Match up the workgroup on all the pcs, all user names, all
passwrods, etc all the normal peer-to-peer networking
stuff.
should work

Well 3 of my pc's run on static ips and 3 run on dynamic ones,so i need the
2 routers. Is there anything i can do?

Do you need both? Why not just put a single router/firewall (the latter is
important) between your DSL router and your LAN?

.

Is that the only means? I thought it would be easier being that they are
both on the same dsl line. the hook up is basically

PC 1-3
line--router 1--hub<
router2--PC 4-6

I didn't think you'd be able to hook two routers up to a single DSL line. If
you can than cool, all you should need to do is run a cross-over cable
between the two built in switches in the routers. That will joing the
switches and everything might work fine. Just make sure only one is
providing DHCP services. There is no reason that a single router can't
handle both static and dynamic addresses being passed over it, as long as
the dynamic range doesn't overlap with anything that is static.
