Can i put Office 2000 runtime on my website for download?

i have Office 2000 developer and i would like to put a trial version
of my DB on my website. For users who don't have Access on their PCs
they would need the runtime version. I am aware i can supply Access
Runtime 2000 to clients but can i make it available on my website so
potentianl customers can trial it?
