Can I put a Watermark on 1 page if I have Themes

Can I add a Watermark on 1 page only if I have themes.
Can the theme be eliminated on 1 page?
 
You can remove the theme for selected pages.
Open the page, go to Format | Themes, then on the right theme-thingie scroll
down to No Theme and theres a drop down that says something like Apply to
Selected Page(s)
