Hi,
I would like to find a way to password protect an Outlook Profile, rather
than just the email accounts within. Is there a way to do this?
The situation is; say for example I have a Win2K Prof. system with one user
that is automatically logged in as default. There is an Outlook profile
that may connect with 2-3 different mail servers. The passwords to these
email accounts are saved in the profile correctly which would allow auomatic
connection to the accounts. But, since this profile is potentially
available to all the 'users' of the signed-on system, I would like to
essentially protect all these email accounts with a single password.
Even if I coded a script that started Outlook with the desired profile, it
would still be available to others by just opening Outlook and selecting
that profile.
I could also make something work if email account passwords could be passed
along with a command line switch.
Any ideas?? Thanks!
