Hi.

i know only a member of administrators group can use telnet access.
can i open telnet for user group?

You could set NTFS permissions on telnet.exe and hyperterminal.exe.

although someone has right to excute telnet.exe
he can not login telnet server if he is not a member of administrators
group.

so. my question is about configuration of telnet server not a using telnet
client.
